加拿大对涉中国台湾地区小型电力变压器作出反倾销初裁

2021年8月27日，加拿大边境服务署(CBSA)对原产于或进口自奥地利、韩国及中国台湾地区的小型电力变压器(Small Power Transformers)作出反倾销肯定性初裁，决定自即日起对涉案产品征收临时反倾销税，税率如下：奥地利涉案企业Siemens Energy Austria GmbH税率为78.4%、韩国生产商/出口商税率为0.0%~78.4%、中国台湾地区涉案企业Shihlin Electric & Engineering Corporation税率为17.2%。涉案产品的海关编码为8504.22.00.20、8504.23.00.10、8504.90.90.10、8504.90.90.82和8504.90.90.90。

2021年4月15日，加拿大边境服务署发布公告，对原产于或进口自奥地利、韩国及中国台湾地区的小型电力变压器启动反倾销立案调查。

Notice of preliminary determination

Ottawa, August 27, 2021

On August 27, 2021, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Special import Measures Act(SIMA), made a preliminary determination of dumping respecting certain small power transformers from Austria, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei) and South Korea.

The subject goods are usually imported under the following tariff classification numbers:

8504.22.00.20
8504.23.00.00

In some instances, the subject goods may also be imported under the following tariff classification numbers:

8504.90.90.10
8504.90.90.82
8504.90.90.90

The tariff classification numbers are for convenience of reference only. Refer to the product definition, for authoritative details regarding the subject goods.

Provisional duties will now be payable on the subject goods from Austria, Chinese Taipei and South Korea that are released from the CBSA on or after August 27, 2021. Where the margin of dumping is considered insignificant, the investigation will continue but provisional duties will not be payable.
